  Jae-Won Choi, Managing Partner, is recognized as an Excellent Lawyer by the Korean Bar Association. During his tenure as a public defender, he handled a wide range of criminal cases and secured numerous acquittals. He also gained extensive experience at a maritime law firm, where he handled international arbitration and litigation, as well as corporate advisory, international transactions, and shipbuilding and maritime matters. In addition, he has experience in medical device and pharmaceutical-related cases and has delivered lectures on medical and medical device regulations. Mr. Choi earned his LL.M. from USC Gould School of Law and gained practical experience in the United States at the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office and ACI Law Group. He currently serves as Managing Partner at Siwoo Law Firm.
